SOF Week 2025: Key Moments from UF PRO and Lindnerhof
FULDA, GERMANY (16.05.2025)
UF PRO and Lindnerhof, both part of Mehler Systems, successfully participated in SOF Week 2025, held from May 5 to 8 in Tampa, Florida. This premier annual event brought together the global Special Operations Forces (SOF) community, defence industry innovators, and government representatives for four days of networking, collaboration, and hands-on demonstrations of mission-critical technologies. Hosted by USSOCOM and co-organised by the Global SOF Foundation, SOF Week serves as a key strategic platform for those serving and supporting the international SOF community.
As part of the East Mezzanine Lounge exhibition, UF PRO and Lindnerhof showcased their latest developments in tactical clothing and modular load-carrying systems—engineered to meet the operational demands of today’s special forces.

UF PRO: Tactical Clothing for Demanding Conditions
UF PRO presented a curated selection of its latest performance garments designed for operators in diverse and demanding environments:
- Delta OL 4.0 Winter Jacket and Pants: providing maximum thermal insulation and weather resistance for cold-weather missions.
- Striker TT Combat Shirt and Pants: ultra-light and breathable solutions optimised for hot and humid operational zones.
- AcE Gen.2 Winter Combat Shirt: delivering warmth and freedom of movement during physically intense cold-weather operations.
- Striker X Gen.2 Combat Pants: built for endurance, ergonomics, and durability in extreme field conditions.
Lindnerhof: Purpose-Driven Load-Carrying Systems
Lindnerhof highlighted its latest developments in modular gear, engineered in close cooperation with active special forces personnel:
- Shikari/Abseiling Quick Drop Set-up with Belt – a lightweight configuration for fast roping, climbing, and rapid deployment.
- The Beast – a heavy-load system for long-range missions, offering exceptional weight distribution, stability, and comfort.
- New line of backpacks: fully compatible with Lindnerhof’s Heavy Load Carrying System, allowing seamless integration into existing mission setups.
- Weapon Retention System for Parachuting: A specialised system designed to securely hold a soldier’s weapon during airborne operations.
Mehler Protection: Supporting Endurance with Advanced Exoskeleton
Also on display was ExoM, a passive exoskeleton developed by Mehler Protection in collaboration with GIGN and Mawashi Science & Technology, with funding from the French Defence Innovation Agency (DIA).
Designed to ease physical strain and redistribute carried weight, ExoM enhances endurance during prolonged missions without restricting mobility—making it a standout innovation in the domain of next-gen operator support systems.
