UNI&FORMA, the company behind the UF PRO brand and part of Mehler Systems, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Falk Satzer as Managing Director. He joined the company on 1 April 2026 and now leads UNI&FORMA together with Jože Kastelic. The appointment reflects the company’s continued growth and the increasing importance of project business and public sector customers in the international defense and security market.
Over the past years, UF PRO has developed into a globally recognized brand for premium tactical clothing, used by military and law enforcement units as well as other professionals operating in demanding environments worldwide. A key factor behind this development is the company’s close cooperation with end users and its focus on developing clothing systems that perform in real operational conditions.
As demand from public sector customers continues to grow, particularly through tenders, framework contracts, and long-term procurement programs, UF PRO is expanding its focus on project sales and strategic cooperation with large organizations and government customers. This area will be led by Falk Satzer, who brings more than 25 years of experience in the defense and security sector, with a strong background in sales, business development, and public procurement programs.
During his career, he held senior roles at Rheinmetall Electronics and Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and was most recently responsible for military apparel programs and strategic business development at Carinthia – Goldeck Textil GmbH, where he worked closely with public customers and procurement organizations. For Satzer, public sector business is primarily about long-term cooperation and reliability.
“Public sector projects are always long-term partnerships. My focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers and partners and on positioning UF PRO as a reliable and capable partner for international programs,” said Falk Satzer, Managing Director of UNI&FORMA.
Alongside him, Jože Kastelic will continue in his role, overseeing operations, R&D, supply chain, production, and retail business. Over the past years, UF PRO has grown internationally and expanded its product portfolio, building a strong reputation among professional users worldwide.
“The growth of UF PRO over the past years has made this step a logical one. By dividing responsibilities, we can focus more strongly on our respective areas and prepare the company for the next phase of development,” said Jože Kastelic, Managing Director of UNI&FORMA.
With this leadership structure, UF PRO combines strong operational execution with expanded capabilities in project sales and public sector cooperation. This step reflects the company’s growth and the evolving structure of its markets. The goal is to further strengthen UF PRO’s position internationally and to continue developing clothing systems in close cooperation with the people who use them in the field.
