Dr. Mario Amschlinger brings extensive expertise in financial and operational leadership. Since joining Mehler Systems in 2020, he has played a crucial role in defining the company’s strategic direction. Currently serving as CEO, he previously held positions as CFO/COO of Mehler Systems and Managing Director at Mehler Protection | Body Armour.
Before Mehler Systems, Dr. Amschlinger held prominent roles at Diehl Group, including CFO at Diehl Metal Applications and Diehl Advanced Mobility, and General Manager/CFO at Diehl Aviation Hungary, managing finance, HR, supply chain, and IT. His earlier experience includes corporate roles at Bosch and Diehl Group.
Dr. Amschlinger’s expertise is driving Mehler Systems’ ongoing mission to deliver advanced ballistic protection and tactical gear solutions that meet the evolving needs of the defence and security industries.

Dr. Max Padberg is the CFO of Mehler Systems and Managing Director of Mehler Protection | Body Armour.
With a doctorate in finance from the University of Münster, he served more than 15 years as CFO at leading global companies across manufacturing, telecommunications, building materials and transportation. He held several management positions at Mannesmann and Lufthansa, became CFO at Versatel, Rütgers, Armacell and Wittur before joining Mehler Systems.
Bringing extensive expertise in financial strategy and business transformation, Dr. Padberg plays a key role in driving Mehler Systems’ growth.

JAKOB KOLBECK
Managing Director Lindnerhof
Jakob Kolbeck is the Managing Director of Lindnerhof, a role he has held since April 2018. With a career spanning over two decades, Kolbeck has extensive experience in sales and management within the defence and security sector.
Before joining Lindnerhof, he served as Senior Manager Sales at RUAG Ammotec GmbH and Director Marketing & Sales at Unique Alpine AG. His career also includes significant roles in the military, including project leadership and operations planning.
Kolbeck holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management and a degree in State and Social Sciences, complementing his robust technical and commercial background.
Under his leadership, Lindnerhof is advancing its specialised tactical gear solutions, driving innovation and growth in the industry.
JOŽE KASTELIC
Managing Director UF PRO
Jože Kastelic, the current Managing Director of UF PRO, assumed the role in September 2022. With over 25 years of diverse international experience, Jože has spent the last 15 years in executive positions, specialising in business development, strategic management, and restructuring.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Management Information Sciences, which underpin his technical and commercial expertise.
Throughout his notable career, Jože has held significant roles, including serving on the Management Board of Slovenia’s largest foundry, Livar, and managing its Bosnian subsidiary. He also led Trimo Polska as CEO, overseeing the Polish operations of a major building systems producer, and spent eight years as Managing Director at Alveus, a leading manufacturer of kitchen sinks and taps.
Jože now brings his extensive experience and strategic insight to UF PRO, driving innovation and growth in the tactical gear sector.
