Your mission
- You will handle the receipt of goods and perform quantitative and qualitative incoming goods inspections
- You will verify and record incoming goods and ensure that they are properly stored
- You will handle the loading and unloading of goods as well as the internal transport of materials
- You will pick orders and prepare goods for internal production and external processing
- You will update inventory records and ensure accurate inventory management
- You will conduct regular inventory checks and assist with physical inventory counts
- You will handle returns and complaints independently and reliably
- You will properly prepare goods for shipment and prepare the necessary shipping and accompanying documents
Your profile
- You have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, or hold a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally at a manufacturing company
- You have experience in receiving goods, order picking, warehousing, and shipping processing
- You are proficient in using ERP systems and have good computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- You work independently, reliably, and meticulously, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
- You stand out for your dedication, flexibility, resilience, and ability to maintain high concentration
- You have very good written and spoken German skills, at least at the B2 level
- You have experience operating industrial trucks and, ideally, hold a forklift operator’s license
