Your mission
- You will manage and control the international dealer and agent structure and ensure clear, consistent cooperation in line with the sales strategy
- You will support partners in their day-to-day business as a first-level contact person and coordinate cooperation in market development between dealers/agents and internal (key) account managers
- You will develop decision-making bases (KPIs, reports, CRM data)
- You drive lead management and are responsible for CRM data.
- You request leads and document lead, opportunity and activity data in Salesforce
- You ensure high data quality and CRM discipline among external partners
- You provide and maintain sales-related documents and support product launches
- You define, maintain and track partner KPIs and manage the partner level system
- You prepare and participate in discussions, reviews and performance meetings
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or international management
- You have several years of experience in international sales, dealer or partner management
- You have very good knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system
- You have a very good understanding of lead management, opportunity and pipeline processes
- You have experience working with KPIs, reports and performance dashboards
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
- You have international, intercultural competence and a strong understanding of sales processes and partner management
- You work in a structured and analytical manner and have strong communication and assertiveness skills.
