Your mission
- You will be responsible for all aspects of personnel administration from entry to departure, including contract creation, contract amendments, certificates, and references
- You will maintain and manage personnel master data in the HR system
- You will manage time management: working hours and absences
- You will prepare payroll accounting, act as an interface to external payroll accounting, and take on subtasks in social security and income tax reporting as well as the preparation of certificates
- You will assist in the organization of onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will actively participate in HR projects and drive process optimization and digitization
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or have a comparable qualification; further training as a human resources specialist is an advantage
- You have several years of professional experience in operational human resources administration
- You have a good knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social security law
- You are experienced in the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting
- You are confident in using HR software and MS Office, ideally you are familiar with Personio
- You impress with your service orientation, discretion, and accuracy, and you work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner
- You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of English is an advantage
