Your mission
- You carry out general administrative tasks in strategic purchasing and support the back office
- You are responsible for maintaining vendor and material master data in our ERP system and in our e-procurement tool
- You are responsible for requesting, maintaining and filing documents in our document management system
- You create and update article overviews based on customer tendering projects that are relevant for the management of purchasing tasks
- You are in continuous dialog with the development departments for change management with regard to input materials and parts list adjustments
- You support the strategic buyers in their day-to-day business
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration or have a comparable qualification
- You have initial professional experience in the tasks mentioned
- You are confident in using MS Office applications and ERP systems, preferably SAP
- You have experience in working with document management systems
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You have strong communication and organizational skills
- You are characterized by an independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
