Your mission
- Goal-oriented management and technical guidance of employees in the welding shop
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, safety and environmental standards
- Optimization and monitoring of welding processes and production sequences
- Training, guidance and further development of welding personnel
- Active participation in welding work in day-to-day business - you will independently take on challenging welding tasks
- Collaboration with related departments such as design, production and quality assurance
Your profile
- Completed training in the metal sector with further training as a certified welding foreman (m/f/d) or welding specialist - alternatively welder or with relevant experience
- Several years of practical experience in the field of welding, ideally with management experience
- Sound knowledge of common welding processes (e.g. MAG, MIG, WIG)
- Confident handling of technical drawings and relevant welding standards
- (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9606)
- High level of reliability, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Willingness to actively participate in the production process
