Your mission
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the maintenance department (mechanical & electrical)
- You are responsible for the planning, control and optimization of maintenance, servicing and repair measures on machines, systems and building technology using a central maintenance management system
- You ensure the technical availability of all production facilities
- You are responsible for budget planning and monitoring in the area of maintenance
- You will be responsible for compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines in the areas of occupational safety, fire protection and environmental protection
- You will assume the function of the responsible electrician in accordance with DIN VDE 1000-10
- You are the central point of contact for external service providers and suppliers
Your profile
- You have successfully completed further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of management and professional experience in the field of maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment
- You have a process-oriented, innovative way of thinking and acting as well as strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
- You have in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as DIN VDE, BetrSchichV and DGUV regulations
- You are qualified and already have experience as a responsible electrician or are willing to take on this role
- You have knowledge of industrial automation and PLC controls
- You are confident in using MS Office applications and ideally maintenance management systems
