Your mission
- You will take over the management and leadership of the quality management department and be responsible for the strategic development of quality management (ISO9001 or ISO14001) in close coordination with the corporate strategy
- Your tasks will include designing, planning and carrying out product and process audits at the site and, together with the Purchasing department, at external suppliers and service providers, as well as analysing and supporting the elimination of identified weaknesses
- You will lead quality management projects for the continuous improvement of quality performance and processes
- You will create key figures and reports to monitor product quality and coordinate complaints management and action tracking
Your profile
- You have a degree in quality management, engineering or a comparable qualification
- You are a strong implementer with a hands-on mentality who can bring about change through strong communication and analytical skills
- You have several years of management experience, a solution-orientated mindset and relevant professional experience, and you are also proficient in the use of relevant quality methods and tools (PPAP, FMEA 8D, 5-Why)
- Experience in the development, management and coordination of projects or areas of responsibility as well as an independent, structured and goal-orientated way of working round off your profile
- You are business fluent in German and English and are willing to travel internationally from time to time
