Your mission
- You will carry out general administrative tasks in strategic purchasing and support the back office
- You will be responsible for maintaining accounts payable and material master data in our ERP system and our e-procurement tool
- You will be responsible for requesting, maintaining and filing documents in our document management system
- You create price and service overviews and compare these on the basis of existing documents
- You prepare and track sample shipments to international recipients
- You manage the sample archive independently
- You will support the strategic buyers in their day-to-day business
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration or have a comparable qualification
- You have initial professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
- You are confident in using MS Office applications and ERP systems, preferably SAP
- You have experience in dealing with document management systems
- You are characterised by very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills
- You are characterised by an independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
