Your mission
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of customer acceptance concepts (technical inspections and clothing inspections)
- Documentation and preparation of complaint documentation for the customer in the event of deviations
- Consultation, coordination of appointments and execution of inspections with domestic and international customers
- Interface to internal departments (production, development and sales) and customers
- Ballistic analysis of deviations in cooperation with the development department
- Collaboration on test reports for the customer
- Quality assurance of retained samples of the ballistics and archiving of the necessary documentation
- Ensuring the test requirements of the incoming goods inspection of ballistic materials
- Internal communication of acceptance results
Your profile
- Completed technical studies or technical training
- Good understanding of material-technical relationships (preferably in the field of ballistic protection systems)
- Interest in civilian weapons and ammunition technology as well as ballistics (experience in handling weapons, ammunition and VPAM knowledge desirable)
- Confident application of quality planning and knowledge of common quality techniques are an advantage
- High quality awareness and performance-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel and a high degree of customer orientation
- Performance-oriented way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident use of common Microsoft products
