Your mission
- You check technical raw material data against customer requirements
- You check parts lists and work plans, carry out a cutting check using the dual control principle
- You create material files
- You carry out quality checks on deliveries from external sewing companies for customer orders in accordance with AQL
- You check the quality of production and customer samples in the internal sample group
- You support the production facilities and partners proactively and independently in the area of manufacturing technology with the aim of achieving sustainable zero-defect production
- You optimise production processes with regard to quality requirements in collaboration with the QM officer
- You cooperate with national testing institutes
- You create and expand the necessary processing guidelines and test criteria together with the team
Your profile
- You have completed training in a textile environment, e.g. textile or clothing technician
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of technical textiles and finishing
- You have a strong awareness of quality and sound production knowledge (practical sewing experience is an advantage)
- You are confident with the MS Office package
- You have knowledge of ERP and CAD systems
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
