Your mission
- You will plan, develop, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns
- You will play a proactive role in the implementation, management, organization, and oversight of the company’s external communications
- You will regularly report on the performance and impact of communication and marketing initiatives and derive specific recommendations for optimizing reach, engagement, and conversion
- You will contribute to the planning and execution of trade shows and events
- You will be responsible for product communication, including the formulation of USPs, the creation and maintenance of product texts, presentations, and training materials
- You will manage external service providers and freelancers and be responsible for the allocated budgets (time and costs)
- You identify, evaluate, and implement new (marketing) tools and technologies
- You plan and manage the organization of print activities, including quality control, and maintain and improve the corporate identity and corporate design
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or (international) marketing
- You have experience in marketing or advertising, either at an agency or in a similar company
- You have excellent knowledge of MS 365, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Klavivo or similar tools; knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- You have a strong understanding of planning and organization
- You are highly team-oriented and contribute to a positive and constructive team culture
- You work very carefully and meticulously and can quickly adapt to new requirements
- You bring strong creativity to the role, develop your own ideas, and find fresh solutions to communication challenges
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
