Your mission
- Target-oriented management and technical guidance of the warehouse team
- Control and monitoring of all warehouse processes: Incoming goods, storage, order picking, shipping
- Responsibility for stock levels including postings in the inventory management system
- Creation of delivery bills, shipping documents and accompanying documents
- Responsible for carrying out and organizing regular stock checks and the annual inventory
- Analysis and correction of stock discrepancies
- Monitoring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the warehouse
- Coordination with purchasing, production, shipping service providers and sales
- Optimization of processes and involvement in process improvement projects
- Induction and training of new employees
Your profile
- Experience in working with merchandise management systems and confident in processing bookings and delivery bills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- High level of reliability, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident manner and strong communication skills
- Forklift licence and good written and spoken German skills round off your profile
- Willingness to participate in internal training courses on information security is expected. Basic knowledge of information security is an advantage
