Your mission
- You are responsible for the administration of our IT infrastructure and IT networks (Lan, WAN, WLAN)
- You will be actively involved in planning the network infrastructure and configuring the active components
- You will be responsible for the administration of the visualised Windows server environment
- You will test, configure and set up the hardware and software
- You will provide first and second level support
- You will maintain and further develop our ticket and monitoring system
- You will further develop and maintain our Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint and Teams telephony
- You will be involved in the preparation and further development of security and compliance guidelines
- You work with external service providers and are responsible for the planning and implementation of IT projects
Your profile
- You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship, a degree in IT or have a comparable qualification
- You have some relevant work experience in the above-mentioned tasks
- You have experience in the administration of Windows server environments and a network infrastructure network infrastructure based on TCP/IP
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and their use as well as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS in Windows environments
- You have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of IT security, including network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN), Windows operating systems and virtualisation
- You are characterised by very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are characterised by an independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
