Your mission
- Co-development of the project management office: Development and optimization of processes, tools and structures for efficient project management within the company
- Independent management and implementation of projects
- Creation of project plans taking into account resources, schedules, budget and project goals
- Implementation of agreed projects in cooperation with the responsible specialist departments
- Identifying potential project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers
- Synchronize various product deliveries in terms of delivery capability for responsible projects
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of economics or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Careful, reliable and conscientious way of working, initiative and ability to self-manage
- Strong communication and moderation skills: ability to integrate teams in project development and present prioritization in an understandable way
- Understanding of supply chain management, especially inflows, dependencies, dealing with risks in the movement of goods
- Confident handling of disruptions in the project process
- In-depth knowledge of risk management
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident handling of MS 365
