Your mission
- Establishing and expanding sustainable, successful and growth-oriented business relationships with our key customers
- Active customer advice and support in personal and virtual contact
- Communication interface with customers, representation of customer interests within the company and company interests with customers
- Processing customer inquiries and public tenders, including costing
- Developing and implementing customer and business strategies
- Maintaining sales statistics and documentation
- Independent handling of sales projects in close coordination with the specialist departments
- Participation in the development of new products, together with the development departments
- Active involvement in forecast and long-term planning
- Regular reporting (e.g. CRM, sales meeting etc.) to the department management
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or studies
- Very good technical understanding
- Sound professional experience in the B2B or B2G sector
- Routine in dealing with authorities and tenders / contract law
- Familiarity with export and international customers desirable
- Confident in dealing with MS 365
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce an advantage
- Organizational and communication skills, as well as process orientation
- Business fluent in German and English as well as in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)
- Motivation, motivation and team spirit as well as reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
