Your mission
- You develop ballistic protection structures.
- You work on the development and improvement of processing procedures.
- You accompany a new product from conception to certification at the Proofing Office.
- You coordinate the production of prototypes.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as the testing laboratory, work preparation, production, and quality management.
- You create documentation and presentations on project progress.
- You develop solutions both collaboratively and independently within the team.
Your profile
- You hold a successfully completed degree in Materials Science or a related field.
- You have initial professional experience in the field of development.
- Experience in the area of ballistic protection systems is advantageous, as well as in the development and validation of products.
- You have experience in managing and coordinating development projects.
- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, communication skills, and independence.
- Your work approach is performance-oriented.
- You have fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- You have proficient command of common Microsoft products.
