Your mission
- Quality responsibility for external suppliers and vendor parts worldwide
- Monitoring the quality development of suppliers by means of KIPs and feedback from our production facilities
- Complaint processing towards suppliers in the sense of the 8D methodology
- Coordination and guidance of interdisciplinary teams for error analysis
- Consistent evaluation of complaint cases for the further development of product planning and development
- Continuous improvement of processes on the part of the supplier
- Conducting quality meetings with suppliers and reviewing and improving quality
- Planning, coordination and implementation of supplier audits
- Preparation of potential and risk analyses to safeguard procurement targets
- Assessment and evaluation of initial sample test reports
- Participation in the creation of supplier QSV
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies or technical training with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
- Experience in a supplier quality management function
- Additional qualification as an auditor (VDA 6.3.) desirable
- Additional qualification in quality assurance
- In-depth knowledge and experience with supplier quality methods and techniques (8D, PPAP, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5W, initial samples, etc.)
- High degree of initiative, communication skills and independence
- Textile experience would be desirable
- Performance-orientated way of working
- Assertiveness as well as strong communication and team behaviour
- High willingness to travel (also internationally) and a high degree of customer orientation
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident use of common Microsoft products
